A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Cinsault & Rolle. Straight out of the fridge it’s dry, crisp & savoury with red berry notes on the nose - but once it warms up a tiny bit it reveals a softer, more textural wine with lovely flavours & aromas of strawberry.
