A special little Gris from Mada wines, with fruit coming from outside of the Canberra region due to the effects of the 2020 bushfires - in this case, from Mt Alexander in Bendigo. Pressed to steel and oak for fermentation, with a 7% addition of whole berry-fermented Vermentino. Zippy and fresh, with crunchy green apple, stonefruit, a bit of spice, and mandarin peel.
