From the north-facing Hill Block and south-facing Road Block, both organically farmed for the last two years. Picks were timed carefully across both blocks: early on the Hill block to best capture acidity and red fruit, and later on the Road Block for ripeness and rich dark fruit. Pure red berry and floral aromatics lead, followed by silky texture, spice, red cherry, and light charcuterie notes. Delicate and complex.
