A classic example of Bryan Martin at Ravensworth doing what he does so well: delicious wine! Fiano is the main player here, with Riesling and Pinot Gris making up the ‘friends’ component. Generously fruited with stone fruit, lovely acidity, ripe apple, and nice savoury structure. Chill it down to tighten up that acid line, or bring it up a few degrees to get all that ripe juicy fruit.
