If you’re a fan of skin contact whites, you’re most likely familiar with Momento Mori and winemaker Dane Johns, but if you’ve not yet been acquainted, well - you’re in for a treat! This is a blend of Greco di Tufo, Fiano, and Chardonnay - all receiving a decent amount of time on skins (1-2 months for Fiano & Chardonnay, 9 months for the Greco). After at least eighteen months élevage on full solids, the end result is full of exotic aromatics and great texture from the skin contact, a nice spice and savoury grip. This is beautifully composed.
