Beautiful Pinot Noir from the Willow Lake vineyard in the Upper Yarra Valley. The majority of the fruit (70%) was fermented as whole bunches, with carbonic maceration for the first week before foot stomping and further time on skins, with the remainder de-stemmed. Spritely and vibrant with lovely whole bunch character, strawberries, and general slurpy goodness.
