There’s something pretty special about Radikon. All of the whites come from low-yielding, organically farmed vineyards which are then hand-harvested and fermented on skins for around 3 months - before extensive time on lees in huge Slavonian oak casks. This lil number is 100% Tocai Friulano, with the name being a play on Tokaj’s DOC-protected naming conventions. Floral aromatics, apricot, peach, dried fruits and vanilla with a honeyed edge.
