There’s something pretty special about Radikon. All of the whites come from low-yielding, organically farmed vineyards which are then hand-harvested and fermented on skins for around 3 months - before extensive time on lees in huge Slavonian oak casks. This tasty drop is made up of Chardonnay (40%), Pinot Grigio (30%) and Sauvignon Blanc (30%). Full-bodied, with complex aromatics of apple and dried fruit, nice minerality, and great tannic structure.
