There’s something pretty special about Radikon. All of the whites come from low-yielding, organically farmed vineyards which are then hand-harvested and fermented on skins for around 3 months - before extensive time on lees in huge Slavonian oak casks. This lil beauty is 100% Ribolla Gialla from estate vines that average over 50 years old. Full of dried fruits, honey and vanilla aromatics, and incredibly complex and textural.
