From the inimitable Elisbetta Foradori in Trentino. Fruit comes from the Fontanasanta vineyards in the hills above Trento, where Nosiola is grown in calcareous clay. This spends eight months on skins in tinajas (amphoras from Villarrobledo in Spain). Incredibly aromatic with honeysuckle, ripe honeydew melon, and a fine salinity.
