Don’t be misled by the Francophile label - this lil number comes direct from the Adelaide Hills, made by Aaron Fenwick at the Summertown Aristologist! Pink Semillon was half whole bunch and half de-stemmed, with the de-stemmed portion spending four weeks on skins. Nice and earthy with some exotic aromatics, barley malts, citrus, and oxidative character.
