Beautiful Cabernet Franc from Dom. Chancelle, located in Turquant between the villages of Chinon and Saumur. This was hand-picked, destemmed, and fermented using indigenous yeasts in old wooden open fermenters prior to maturation in 4000l foudrés for a year. Fresh, elegant, and refined, with red currants, plum, and flinty tannins.
