Phenomenal organically-farmed Nebbiolo from one of the tallest hills in the Roero area - named after the winemaker’s grandfather Ernesto, who refused to sell the hill outside of the family because he wanted his grandson to have it. Floral aromatics with dark cherry, amaro-like herbs, citrus, and fine tannin.
