A blend of Pinot Noir (60%) and Merlot (40%) from the cool climes of Lenswood in the Adelaide Hills. Sees some semi-carbonic maceration, full of raspberries, crunchy fruits of the forest, light earth, a subtle smoky note, and light tannin. Would be beautifully with a chill.
