This is a very special wine made by a monastery in Lazio, just outside of Rome, under the tutelage of the Giampiero Bea—the son of Paulo Bea—who is one of Italy's most prominent low-intervention winemakers.
A blend of Trebbiano, Malvasia and Verdicchio, this is loaded with aromas of fresh herbs alongside delicate fruit, earthy, citrus pith and savoury grip.
