The fruit for this release comes from Midhill, Mt Macedon, and Little Hampton, which was all whole bunch-pressed and fermented using natural yeasts in French oak barrles (24% new). White floral and grapefruit aromatics burst from the glass, with lees-derived lemon cream character, a hint of stony minerality, and a great savoury tension.
