A Vin Doux that brings the nose to tail eating philosophy to winemaking. They harvested the hard-to-reach bunches around posts and under canopy to minimise wastage. The resulting Mistelle-style fortified wine has a gentle spirit drive, lots of gentle raisin notes and sweet brown spice (would be great in a Manhattan). A little sweetness up front is balanced by a light positive bitterness and surrounded by wilted rose, red berries, and some red cherry.
