Hailing from Le Marche, sibling-run La Marca di San Michele farm organically, use minimal sulphur, and bottle without filtering. Aged in stainless steel with three months on fine lees, the Saltatempo is beautifully textural, and a stunning example of Verdicchio from this region. True to its name, this cuvée has a lovely salty undercurrent, with pithy Meyer lemon, peach fuzz, and a fresh minerality.
