Sally & Tom Belford fell in love with natural wine and the beautiful souls who make it whilst on a trip to France. 2010 was their first Bobar vintage in Yarra Glen, just west of the Yarra Valley it was a carbonic Syrah inspired by memories of their time in Beaujolais.

Since then, they have expanded their plantings to include Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Their wine making methods continue to be built around tradition, precision and simplicity which in their view let the grapes speak for themselves.
