Fresh and saline País Blanco, made from vines that have never been pruned or manipulated, and instead are left to climb trees and disperse as vines naturally do. It was fermented in amphorae using wild yeast, with a subtle hint of oxidation that speaks to its lofi handling. Crisp pear, barely ripe nectarine, and preserved citrus along with salty minerals. If you consider yourself to be an adventurous drinker with a particular soft spot for Chablis, then take a punt on this Chilean delight!
