Mortellito comes from Dario Serrentino in Sicily, who previously sold his grapes to greats like Lamoresca and Frank Cornelissen.
Fruit comes from Dario's organically managed vineyard which is harvested by hand and carefully vinified with minimal sulphur additions at bottling.
Calaniuru Rosso brings together Frappato & Nero d'Avola in beautiful harmony, with wild raspberry, strawberry, sappy spice, and a medium body. This is a joy to drink, and goes wonderfully with a light chill.
