This is what you get when you mix a Prosecco with a Pét Nat! Well, not literally mixing them together - more of a cross between the two.
Made from 100% Glera (the grape variety used in Prosecco), this is a traditional 'Col Fondo' sparkling that undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle without disgorgement, resulting in a cloudy wine with sediment remaining in the bottle. Expect earthy, savoury notes with lemon peel and crunchy green apple along with a dry, refreshing finish.
