In 2012 Catherine Riss purchased 1.3 hectares and began her own domain following studies in Beaune. All farming is done to organic practices and her original hectares were certified in 2015. This Pinot Noir underwent 15 days of whole bunch maceration and 12 months in old barrels. A very pretty nose of red fruits and wisps of tobacco. A mineral core that wraps around the fruit and a very fine tannin. A wine of purity and clarity. A great wine for the decanter if drinking now.
