A sublime, brooding expression of the Hoffmann terroir from a miserly season diminished by extreme weather and fire. Made from the two oldest sections of the vineyard, these 18 Burgundian Pièces were carefully assembled and bottled in the spring of 2021 after 82 weeks of elevage. Bottles were filled without filtration, fining or sparging.
