Jean-Marc took over the family Domaine in 1985, it now spans across 12 hectares in Volnay, Pommars and Beaune. Winemaker and eldest son Thomas is one of the rising starts of the Côte de-Beaune.
A rich and robust offering from Jean-Marc Bouley. Notes of fleshy plum, cassis, and licorice. There is lovely structure in the tannin and a layered and long mouth feel.
