Arianna Occhipinti is a rising star of Sicily's wine community and a champion of biodynamic viticulture. Her wines are made on the ethos of accepting the natural variations in soil and terroir, seeking to highlight these variations rather than dampen them with modern interventionist methods.
Coming from 35-year-old vines, it’s wild, modern and rustic in all the right ways. A lovely expression of the sicilian varietal, fine tannins give structure to a palate of bright red berries and an earthy edge.
