Fausto Cellario is a third-generation wine maker that together with his wife Cinzia have combined their small parcels of vines from across Piedmonte. They work exclusively with indigenous, local varietals like Dolcetto and Barbera and other lesser-known varieties that are all certified organic.
Phenomenal Dolcetto that will make your taste buds dance. Floral aromatics with crunchy red currants and berries with a nice hit of tannin. Delish.
