It's not often you get to see Nerello Cappuccio on its own, it's generally a small component in the wines of Etna, taking a back seat to Nerello Mascalese. Salvo Foti has done such an amazing job here that we are sure it won't be the last!
Moreish red fruits and soft silky tannins with a good length of flavour. Yummmmmo. If you served this blind you'd be forgiven for thinking this might be from southern Burgundy.
