Who is La Curio?
Founded in 2003, Adam Hooper has been working for nearly 30 years as a winemaker in some of McLaren Vale’s best known wineries including Geoff Merrill Wines, Tatachilla Winery, Maxwell Wines and Redheads Studio. He’s also done vintages in Italy and France. La Curio focuses on low yielding, minimally irrigated vineyards producing fruit with an abundance of varietal character.
