With fruit coming from the famed Domaine de la Côte vineyard in Santa Barbara, California, the pristine fruit quality of this Chardonnay speaks for itself.
Beautifully chiselled and taut, this Chardonnay utilises a much more restrained approach to oak influence than many other American examples that make their way across the Pacific. Struck flint, citrus peel, yellow apple and a drizzle of honey with some white pepper spice and a long, delicate finish. This is world-class Chardy.
