About Lyons Will

Lyons Will is in the cool climate of the Macedon Rangers. A family operation where husband and wife duo, Oliver and Renata make the wines together, everything is done by hand with a strong emphasis on sustainability and traditional wine making techniques. Following a simple ethos that “look after the vines and vines will look after the wine”.

After spending much of his life abroad Oliver moved his career to Melbourne and fell in love instantly. He enrolled in a Viticulture night course at NMIT, to further along get his dream of one day owning a vineyard. After much research the vineyard was purchased in 2013 and as they say the rest is history.

Renata originally had visions of owning a wine bar, like the style that she saw when living in Italy, but when Oliver started talking about vineyards and wineries, it didn’t take much to jump onboard with the idea of Lyons Will.
