If you'd like to explore the renowned Pinot Noirs from this Macedon producer, we'd recommend picking this bottle!
The first vines on Bindi vineyard were planted in 1988 by winemaker Michael Dhillon and his father Bill. The Dixon Pinot Noir is a composite blend featuring fruit from these original plantings, along with the Kaye vineyard. Pure red fruit is complemented nicely by layers of oak spice, and earthiness. A good one to put in your cellar and dust off in five years or so.

Who is Bindi?
Purchased in the 1950s, the Bindi estate is a 170 hectare farm of which only 6 hectares is planted to just two grape varieties: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
With a large portion of the estate's remaining land left as untouched bushland, the Dhillon family seek to find balance and harmony with the natural landscape - a philosophy that is evident in their approach to winemaking.
