Fruit for this was picked early for a clean, fresh feel with some lemon pith character, met with notes of citrus balm, hay and a little tonic. Spending just 10 hours on skins, with a light phenolic grip. Sustainably minded, these wines are presented in bottles that are 30% lighter to reduce their carbon footprint and have labels made with sugarcane by-products. Nice!
