Jacquesson is one of France's oldest independent family-owned Champagne houses.
The Dégorgement Tardif Cuvee is a late release of the initial 739 non-vintage blend (primarily the 2011 harvest) but held back longer on lees for a late and very special disgorgement. With approximately 96 months aging on lees, this release shoes wonderfully mature flavours of orange peel, dried flowers, licorice and dry spice.
