Opening bright, with fresh lemon and blossom, with just a touch of autolytic richness, and biscuit notes. A restrained dosage of 5g/l offsets perfectly the savoury elements, with a taut palate and fresh acidity. A great wine to open alongside a long summer lunch, with an ultimately refreshing feel.
