Bruno Dubois is a meticulous winemaker who converted the domain to Organic’s in 2009 and further to Biodynamic in 2015.
His wines are produced with as little human intervention as possible, wild yeasts, no sulphur additions and left to mature in concrete tanks. A rounded palate with supple tannins and a lovely blackcurrant freshness.
