André-Jean Morin's family have been growing grapes since 1704, but it wasn't until 2010 that AJ decided to start making his own wines. In the 12 years since, he's worked hard to convert his 12 hectares of Arbois vineyards to both certified organic and biodynamic.
Wonderfully open and layered with honeyed golden fruits, a hint of saline and loads of Jura spice. Some stone fruit on the palate, with fresh acidity and a deliciously dry finish. Matured in old foudre for 18 months and topped up weekly.
