The Huber winery is in the Malterdingen in the region of Baden in the foothills of the Black Forest mountains in Germany. Pinot Noir has been cultivated in the village for over 700 years, having been brought there from Burgundy by the Cistercian monks. A long and energetic wine, with lots of red cherry, orange essence, turned earth and firm tannin.
