Hand-picked, destemmed & pressed, then wild yeast barrel fermentation. 25% malolactic & 9 months in French oak barrels (30% new.) Lovely floral & stone fruit notes & peach blossom. Textured but spicy, some talc, a little ripe citrus, nectarine & fresh apricot.
