Predominately Pinot Noir, this year's iteration is richer and more opulent while retaining its balanced freshness. A little heathered honey, with layers of strawberry mousse, red apple skin and a nice jolt of citrus oil zing, with a low dosage at 3.5g. This release is based on the 2020 harvest, with 15% coming from the Lubiana reserve wine program.

The juice was drained off skins immediately, actively oxygenated for that bright, light colour, then barrelled down to neutral oak, with a nice bit of malo for fun.

Supernatural Pinot X Pinot Noir Rose 2021

From the north of Tasmania comes this deliciously complex sparkling Rose, made from 100% Pinot Noir. Fresh strawberries and musk stick, with some toasty complexity from two years spent on fine lees.

Delamere Sparkling Rose NV

vDelamere's NV Sparkling Cuvée is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with 30% coming from a reserve wine that brings a beautiful toasty complexity into the fold. Having spent four years on lees, there's an abundant richness to this wine with notes of brioche, toasted nuts, and leatherwood honey, propped up by bright green apple and citrus from the younger portions of the cuvée.

Delamere Sparkling Cuvée NV

This Josef Chromy delivers up all the lovely apple biscuit, lemon blossom, plus a little almond meal and sourdough! The aromatics are floral and it finishes very nicely, with a little green apple and ginger snap. Enjoy.
