Bursting with youthful and vibrant berries, with a pinch of savoury five spice this dry with a lovely elegance to it. Drink this with your fancy friends on a crisp Sunday afternoon, ideally at their country house, but the park will do just fine too.

Hennings Sparkling Shiraz 2020

Dry and savoury Pet Nat which is made from 100% Heathcote Shiraz. This bustles with fresh red cherries, green apple and light citrus fruits finishing with a nice dry acid backbone.

Wilkie Wines Shiraz Pét Nat 2021

A refreshing blend of Syrah Nebbiolo & Mataro. Lovely mandarin and light citrus notes with a hint of herbal amaro for complexity.

Zig Zag Road Kind Folk Pét Nat 2021

Made with fruit from the ancient soils of Three Little Eagles Vineyard in Heathcote that openly speaks its terroir, so we stepped back and listened in the winemaking. Left on skins for eight hours, gently pressed to old French oak and stainless, wild fermented and bottled in true méthode ancestrale style for natural carbonation. Nothing added & nothing taken away, disgorged, unfined, unfiltered. Popping with pear, passionfruit pulp and chamomile. There’s a fine resilient bead and a zippy acidity carrying a tune of brioche and lemon curd. Clean, fresh, very easy drinking.

Mobo Vino Arinto Pét Nat 2021

A dreamy park picnic Pét Nat with a moreish soft, creamy bead. The fruit is dark with notes of tart cherry, some earthiness and a subtle hint of ferrous. A left-of-centre Pét Nat worth the leap from the man strengthening his position as the prince of Pét Nat.
