Made by our very good friends at Punt Rd, this fresh, vibrant and complex sparkling has notes of apple blossom, citrus and brioche. A balanced blend of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir sourced from within the Yarra Valley.

Airlie Bank Sparkling NV

Made using the traditional method, this Yarra Valley cuvée uses a combination of 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, and 20% Pinot Meunier. It then sees two years on lees prior to disgorging and a light dosage.

Dominique Portet Sparkling Rosé NV

This begs to be poured on any occasion and is a real treat to drink thanks to some honey blossom and a snap of biscuit that comes with just a lick of refreshing lemon and tart grapefruit. The wine develops just a little in the glass, but it’s you that’s changing, falling deeper and deeper for its tasty charm.

Yering Station Yarrabank Sparkling 2017

Some damn fine YV Sparkling that’s great value and plays a lot of the hits! A mostly Chardonnay blend, this one’s got a creamy bead that goes well with all the lemon tart, pithy grapefruit bite and the lightest touch of sweetness. One of those bottles you’ll see your mates with the weekend after you bring it to the park.

De Bortoli Este Cuvée NV

The palate balances a mellow citrus tang and fruity sweetness really well and lends itself to cheese and nibbles.

Zonzo Prosecco 2022

Apple, pink grapefruit and almond notes sit alongside some distinct oyster shell brininess to set the scene for this wine. Hints of ginger intermingle with refreshing lemonade-like notes in the glass while a gentle spritz and chalky texture play on the palette before the long, dry finish. Complex, saline, delicious.

Combes Tension Pét-Nat Chardonnay 2022

Made from Syrah sourced from Six J's vineyard, with some Greco juice added, continuing the fermentation in the bottle. A finer rendition of the style that spent 21 months on lees, expect loads of manadaring, with more light notes of citrus and a touch of peach. We'll be drinking this one all summer long.

I'll Fly Away Pét-Nat Rosé 2021

Subtle pear and lemon sherbet are met with notes of lemon pith to bring a deliciously dry and savoury element to this wine. Grab some friends and a bottle of this Pét-Nat and your Sunday is sorted.

Six Acres Chardonnay Pét-Nat 2021

There is a nice bit of adventure here; clean and crisp aromatics, followed by fresh citrus, lemon myrtle and a hint of salinity. A wonderful wine to share with your pals who like their wines on the more LoFi side of things.

Made with a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Franc to create a bright drop with hints of lemon blossom, crisp golden apple and some salinity on the palate. Grab this bottle if you're after a crowd-pleaser!

Produced by the omnipresent Punt Road, the Airlie Bank range are among our favourite everyday wines due to their magnificent value. Their non-vintage Sparkling Rosé features delicate strawberry and orange blossom notes, with snappy acidity and a lovely line of citrus which draws through to a pleasant, dry finish.
