A very approachable orange wine from Ray Nadeson at Lethbridge. A co-fermented blend that spent 64 days on skins before being split into Amphora & French Oak. Watermelon rind, sandalwood, sea spray all balanced out by a lovely savoury texture.

The newest instalment in our Parco series has arrived! Made by the inimitable Chalmers family in Heathcote, the Parco Pink is a rosé made from a co-fermented blend of over ten varieties, with Vermentino, Sagrantino and Nero d'Avola playing lead roles. It's savoury and delightfully dry, with a sweep of red-berried fruits wrapped in earthy spice and crushed herbs.

Gut Oggau is the project of Eduard Tscheppe and Stephanie Tscheppe-Eselböck, a dynamic duo who tend to their certified biodynamic vineyards in Burgenland, Austria. With a focus on traditional Austrian grape varieties, their winemaking is framed by a meticulous and minimal intervention approach, yielding wines of extraordinary purity and complexity. The Brutal Rosé is made from 100% Roesler which was softly pressed after a few hours of skin maceration. It was aged in 500-litre neutral oak barrels for eight months before being bottled unfined and unfiltered with no sulphur additions. It's a spicy, mineral-driven rosé built around a core of wild strawberry, raspberry, and cranberry fruit with a gentle tug of savoury tannin.

Edmund is an eccentric skin contact field blend of white grape varieties coming from an unpruned, 55-year-old vineyard. The fruit spends two weeks on skins, with spontaneous fermentation occurring in large format neutral oak barrels where it sits for a total of 18 months.

This blend of Albana and Montuni is skinsy delight—it's wild and a little exotic, but with a tropical edge to the lifted aromatics. 100% whole bunches were carbonically macerated for eight weeks in amphora giving us a wine with broad appeal.
