Made with organically farmed Shiraz—formerly used for the Ochota Barrel's I Am The Owl Syrah—this is clean and pure, with layers upon layers of pepper and pure plum. A fantastic wine that's all class.

The Other Right Hearts Will Repair Shiraz 2022

Fresh, spicy and peppery. The fruit for this was carbonic fermented for four days before being pressed and aged in barriques. Syrah comes from the Quartet vineyard in Dingabledinga, with its heavy red clay soils and distinct ocean influence.

The Shaw + Smith Balhannah Vineyard was planted in 2005 and is one of their most prized vineyards. An elegant expression, peppery spice, mineral graphite, a little meaty edge, and firm structured tannins. Excellent in the decanter now and even better in years to come.

Gentle Folk Village Shiraz 2021

The genesis of the wine was to make a summery-vibed red with an emphasis of drinkability and fruitfulness... and in our humble opinion we certainly got there! The resulting wine is all about Slip n' Slide—certainly no hard edges here folks! An easy glide of cherry-berried fruit. A little earthiness thanks to the Pinot fruit and a faint whisper of amaro or cherry pip bitterness pulls things into line... Will do great things chilled when the suns out!

Parco Hills Red 2021

Drinks almost like a pinot noir. Sappy forest berries, salted plums, and a little lifted clove spice. Mid-weight in style but plenty of intrigue.
