Edmund is an eccentric skin contact field blend of white grape varieties coming from an unpruned, 55-year-old vineyard. The fruit spends two weeks on skins, with spontaneous fermentation occurring in large format neutral oak barrels where it sits for a total of 18 months.

We’re thrilled to add another new Claus Preisinger wine to our portfolio (and glasses). This wine is flooded with aromatics and energy, coming from a blend of new planted red varieties—Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Blaufränkisch. The wine underwent a short co-fermentation of grapes, followed by time spent ageing in amphora. No sulphites were added. Sip away at layers of ripe dark berries and herbal notes.

A brand new cuvée from Claus Preisinger—a wine that had been on his mind for some time and has finally come to fruition (excuse the pun). Fruitloops utilises a blend of Riesling, Scheurbe and Furmint to create a beautifully aromatic and elegant wine, that’s much more grown-up than its name suggests. It’ll come as no surprise that this one is another fantastic wine from the Austrian wunderkind!

Claus Preisinger Fruitloops White 2020

A vibrant and lifted wine from young Austrian producer, Claus Preisinger! This Rosé Méthode Ancestrale is made using 50% early picked Welschriesling and 50% Pinot Noir. Very little sulphur was added to this wine - Claus decides just before bottling if it is strictly necessary. The resulting wine is bright and bursting with red fruit. A must try!

Claus Preisinger Ordinaire Pét Nat Rosé 2020

This Austrian delight may seem a tad obscure, but Morillon is just an Austrian name for our dear old friend Chardonnay! Hailing from an estate that dates as far back as the 16th century, this old vine Chardy is made with a traditional, minimal interventionist mindset, and makes for an exceptionally unique and intriguing experience. Salted plums, white nectarine, and preserved lemon with mouthwatering acidity.
