Valdesil Montenovo Godello 2020

One of our favourite releases each year, showcasing different origins, soils, altitudes, exposures, and grapes. Predominantly Mencía, with the remaining portion being made up of a mix of co-planted varieties such as Merenzao, Caiño, Sousón, Garnacha, and Tintorera. Ripe red cherries, dried Mediterranean herbs, and white pepper spice notes alongside some moreish pomegranate-like acidity. A great barbecue wine!

Hailing from one of two spectacular vineyards that make up Envinate's single vineyard 'Parcela' wines. Camino Novo is an 80-year-old vineyard that curls around the River Sil, a more structured and serious wine that is truly a joy to drink.

Lovers of crunchy and bright reds, look no further as this one is for you! Made from 100% Mencía, this is ripe and ready to go. Exuberant floral violets, perfumed musk, wild blueberries, light plums, and blackberry bush herbaceousness with light, powdery tannins.
