Sometimes known as the Smoky Rhubarb, this wine based recipe employs a variety of rhubarb root, alpine herbs and berries as the bittering agents. 750ml 20% ABV

Cappelletti Rabarbaro Sfumato Amaro

Built around a core of almonds grown biodynamically on the Keen family's lush orchards on the Murray, this Amaretto is macerated with a dollop of golden syrup, a crunch of salt and marzipan notes from Goulburn Valley apricot kernels. 500ml 25% ABV

Marionette Amaretto

This amaro includes musk yarrow, wormwood, gentian and juniper, Bràulio is rested in Slavonian oak casks. Balanced flavour and aromatic bouquet. (700ml) 21% ABV

Antica Torino Amaro della Sacra

Italian Pastis might not be on your drinks radar, but trust us when we say that you're going to want to try this one out! Argalà is based in Bove, a small town in the foothills of the Maritime Alps. Established in 2011, their artisan spirits and liqueurs are made using traditional methods and flavoured with a mix of locally-foraged and mindfully-imported ingredients. Their Pastis is made with a wheat spirit base and mix of 35 botanicals, with muscovado sugar added post-distillation to give it its golden brown hue. Complex with a delightfully balanced sweetness.
