Domaine Kreydenweiss is situated right in the heart of the town of Andlau, towards the northern end of the Alsace vineyard region. Here, the Vosges Mountains are exceptionally steep, and cascade down into the valley. All the wines are made with natural yeast, no additions, and bottled with little or no SO2. A blend of Pinot Gris & Riesling. Citrus blossom, lime leaf, pithy citrus and a long line of salty minerality. (750ml) 13.0% ABV

Paul Blanck Riesling 2020

Cracking Alsatian Riesling from three childhood friends who grew up in the heart of Alsace. Felsa Spranger is a phrase that translates in the local German dialect to 'rock-breaker' and is used to describe bone-dry Rieslings. Fitting, too, as this Rizza is very dry, though not without lovely waves of texture and richness to offset the acidity. Stonefruit, quince, dried citrus rind and a hint of quinine with a savoury, chalky mouthfeel.
