There is richness to the wine but along with all these potent characters there is intensely mineral-laced acidity, phenolic power and intensity that capture the stunning environment in which it was grown.

Rippon Mature Vine Riesling 2021

Riesling grown on Moutere gravel which helps drive acidity and subdue bigger fruit flavours in this Unkel. There's honey blossom on the nose and hints of barley sugar, then fresh herbs and a chalky palate. For a rizz that's full of character and bigger flavours though, this is still very bright and refreshing.

Beautiful, certified organic old vine Riesling from the even more beautiful Marlborough! Delightfully off-dry, with ripe golden apple, nashi pear, and a flinty reduction. Starts out ripe and a touch sweet, and finishes crisp, dry, and mineral. SO well-balanced.

Settlement Ashmore Riesling 2019

Whole bunch pressed to stainless steel, and aged on full lees for three months. White grapefruit, bitter lemon cordial, and a lovely overlay of honey blossom with chewy phenolics and searing acidity.
