Domaine Ogereau En Chenin Chenin Blanc 2022

This vintage is a little deeper thanks to a long and cool growing season. The fruit spent 2 weeks on skins, and 5 months in Slavonian oak then 3 months in stainless, making for a profile that’s all raspberry, cherry, blueberry and bramble fruits. Look out for a lovely chalky edge, some cooling herb and a brisk acidity that’ll have it pairing amazingly well with all your favourite summer feasts.

Parco Gamay 2023 (Blackhearts & Koerner)

Dark currants and wild raspberry sweetness is moored with an edge of whole bunch savouriness and spice, woven through long and fine tannins. If you can bear to wait, this will only get better over the next five years.

PHI Lusatia Park Pinot Noir 2019

A Grisette is a farmhouse ale, a bit similar to a Saison, but with a lower ABV. Up front, there are aromas of gooseberries and dough grains, along with a restrained Brett character. Flavours of bright lemon and freshly baked sourdough, with a little perceived sweetness although this finishes bone dry. (375ml) 3.6% ABV

Sobremessa Sunday Lemonade Mixed Culture Grisette

Wonderfully plush Malbec made with fruit sourced from SA's Langhorne Creek and Eden Valley. Lots of blue and black fruit at the fore, with some florals, cinnamon, nutmeg, and firm tannins that will stand up to a hearty feast or soften with some air-time.

Belmonde Malbec 2022

Riesling from a warmer vintage with a little talcy aroma that complements all the yellow apple, and grapefruit this wine oozes. Also has some flinty undertones and a phenolic chew that all makes it all a little more inviting.

Breuer-Mehrlein-Lunden Venture Riesling 2022

A delicious sparkling that's been de-alcoholised and blended with native Australian botanicals. This tasty drop has everything you want in a sparkling red, lots of red fruits and cherries, sarsaparilla, and a little vanilla, all tied together with a nice kick of cayenne pepper spice.

Altina Sansgria Non Alcoholic NV

A richly-fruited McLaren Vale Shiraz showing off everything there is to love about this pocket of South Australia. Dark berries and plums play alongside some graphite-like minerality, and prominent tannins thanks to a good dollop of French oak. This drinks like a warm embrace on a cool night, while Smooth Operator plays softly in the background.

Lloyd Brothers Estate Shiraz 2021

Spot on for the variety with a portion aged in oak and another aged in stainless tanks. Golden on the nose with rich notes of apricot before the leaner, fresher palate takes charge with some gentle hazelnut creaminess and a lick of spice playing through the middle. If you're a fan of Viognier, you'll love this—and even more so when it's paired with something spicy!

Hennings Viognier 2022

In the glass, expect some autumnal leaves and velvety fine tannins spreading nicely across the palate, with a lick of meaty oak lending some chew and a savoury, structural edge to the wine.

Rob Hall Pinot Noir 2023

A beautifully polished wine with red and black cherry and a sweet core that glides across the palate elegantly before meeting a lick of oak spice and some tannins that fill through the back end. Deliciously silk and will play on your mind long after your glass empties.

Gioiello Jacks Fall Pinot Noir 2019

Based on the 2019 Shiraz, which was barrel aged before undergoing the Traditional Method. Only a tiny amount of liqueur was added for a lighter, drier style, that'll go particularly well with mum's roast pork.

Craiglee Sparkling Shiraz No. 8 NV

Sweet notes of blueberry, generous plum and dark liquorice are all wrapped up with some nice, rich tannin for a crowd-pleaser of the highest order.

Manoir Du Kinkiz Cornouaille Cider

This Wattleseed Stout was brewed in collaboration with our mates at Mabu Mabu and Stomping Ground. The addition of wattleseed lathers on those luscious notes of roast espresso, toasted nuts, and an underlying hint of chocolate. Beautifully complex, yet refreshingly sessionable. (355ml) 4.5% ABV

Tucked away in the pristine slopes of Friuli, Saša Radikon is continuing the work of his father, Stanko, creating wines that have gained a loyal and committed following. From its experimental beginnings in 1995, Radikon is now one of the most influential producers of the natural wine movement, and their wines absolutely set the benchmark for how complex and compelling orange wine can be. These wines are wild, untamed and not for the faint of heart. Indigenous to Friuli and the grape that started it all for Radikon. Single parcel Ribolla Gialla spent three months on skins, four years in barrel, and over 10 years in the bottle. 3781 is the parcel below Radikon's cellar and where the team harvest the best grapes, only in the greatest vintages.
